If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

8. Payment Policy

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Payments must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout. An order will not be processed until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for reasonable delays caused by events or service disruptions beyond our control.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product, size, quantity, delivery address, and contact details before completing payment.

12. Return and Refund Policy

All products are carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch. Therefore, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Refunds will not be provided for size-related concerns, minor colour variations, personal preference, change of mind, or natural fabric and handcrafted variations. This does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Exchange Policy for Damaged Products

We offer exchanges only for products received in a damaged condition. To be eligible for an exchange:
• The issue must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
• A complete unboxing video recorded continuously from start to finish, without cuts, pauses, or edits, is mandatory.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must remain intact.
All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team. An exchange will not be accepted for size-related concerns, minor colour variations, personal preference, change of mind, or natural fabric variations.

14. Colour, Size, and Product Display Disclaimer

We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. Slight colour differences may occur because of screen brightness, device display settings, photography lighting, editing, dye lots, and natural fabric characteristics. Such minor differences are not considered defects.
Customers must review the size chart before placing an order. If you are between sizes or purchasing from us for the first time, we recommend choosing one size larger for a comfortable fit. Returns or exchanges are not available for size-related concerns.

15. Handmade and Fabric Variations

Many products are created using traditional weaving, handloom, hand-printing, or artisanal techniques. Minor variations in weave, print placement, texture, thread, pattern, or colour are natural characteristics of these fabrics and make each product unique.
Natural handmade and fabric variations are not defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

16. Delivery, Address Accuracy, and Risk

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct pincode and contact number. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the address provided.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before re-shipment.

17. Tampered or Damaged Parcels

Please inspect the outer package at the time of delivery. If the parcel appears opened, severely damaged, or tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately at support@sheandmeeclothing.com with your order details and available photographs or evidence.
